Building my first website has been quite an adventure. It’s been tricky for a few reasons. To start, I had no prior experience with GitHub, and on top of that, I have a strong urge to make my site look stunning, aesthetically pleasing, and reflective of my design style.

I began the process by sketching out my ideas. But as I started coding, it hit me how challenging web development can be. I’ve had to reshape my original design to fit within the limits of my coding abilities. This has led me to make changes and rethink certain design aspects.

I’ve also tried out different tools. At this point, I considered using Mobirise instead of GitBook. However, I found Mobirise’s templates didn’t quite match my design vision. So, I decided to stick with GitBook and building the site from scratch in the following months.
